Instructions
We integrate with the file based 3PL integration.
This integration takes several steps, and requires an FTP server setup. Please contact Hubsoft support for help setting this up. If you need our support to set the FTP server up for you, please request this below.
We use the following naming conventions for outbound files:
Order Confirmation: order_confirmation_yymmddhhmmss_
.csv
Inventory: inventory.csv
Note: FTP Folders are not required for CartonLogic customers. Please provide the below information:
