Overall Information
Please note the following for these integrations:
- Mapping to third party items is based soley on SKU (unless specified otherwise).
- They should be mapped to an each UOM.
- To send ship confirmations, you must use a carton packing process such as Scan Pack or Cartoniztion
After Setup
- We can generate error and success email alerts. To set this up, please contact support.
- Logs are created in two locations 1) User Messages 2) Detailed log files. User messages should be checked regularly for issues.
- Typically, we check for new ordres once every 5 minutes. Support can update this interval for you.
- Orders should be considered finalized once they initially come in from the 3rd party. Revisions should not be made in the warehouse, they should be voided and recreated. For exceptions, please contact support.
- We don't add inventory sync until requested because if your inventory is off, then we may push 0 qty available or erroneous quanties to the 3rd party.
- In order to fully test, your small parcel manifesting must be setup.
- You will typically need to test several test orders to make sure everything is working correctly.
We offer customization of these integations through a PSR (professional service request). Please contact your PM or support for more details. We can pretty much do anything you need from custom branded emails and reports to specialized variant handling through professional services.
